Cocoa Beach Skate Park is a genuine Florida gem — a free public park maintained by the City of Cocoa Beach, and a fitting one, since Cocoa Beach is the home base of legendary skatepark builders Team Pain. The result is a flowing, well-crafted concrete park that skaters travel out of their way to session.
The layout serves up open bowls and a street course loaded with stairs, a half-pipe, and plenty of cement inclines and transitions for tricks and airs. It's built to reward all skill levels, from first drop-ins to advanced lines, and the smooth Team Pain craftsmanship shows.
You'll find it at 1450 Minuteman Causeway, right in town near the beach. There's no attendant on duty, and skaters 18 and under are required to wear a helmet — everyone's encouraged to respect all skill levels and share the park.
It's free and open to the public. Pair a session with the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier for a classic Space Coast day, and bring water and sun protection for the Florida heat.
