Airsoft, Paintball, and Swim

I don't know if he's still allowing it but Mr. Erb used to let people come swim here all the time. He even put a nice little step ladder over the fence and set up a great rope swing out into the water. There's no fishing allowed but there are plenty of crayfish and rose hips. The area between the road and the pond is also been a great place to play paintball.

From Dillon, take West Park Street West out of town. About 3/4 miles after you go under the I-15 overpass, you'll reach a little park on the river. That's Cornell Park. Park there, then cross the road and fence to the South of the park. You should see a trail from the fence. The paintball area is just after crossing the fence. It's probably a couple hundred yards to the pond. The East end of the pond was always best for swimming and jumping.

I was surprised with how good of a field this actually is. It's got several clumps of willows that act as great barriers but there is a lot of mobility. This time there was pretty tall grass as well.
