New course in unfinished subdivision. Irrigation ditch runs adjacent to 9 holes, possibly in play on a few. Afew trees have been planted here and there. Alternate pin placements on every hole. Cattail patch in drainage pond at #5 & #18. Dry grass and weeds over most fairways. Lagoon in manicured section at holes 14, 15, 16. Water fountain/ restrooms only at #1.
