SE Alaska\'s first concrete skatepark. Built by Grindline. About 7500 sq. ft. Completed Sept. 8th 2007 Has a nice flow bowl with a \'birdbath\' feature, some vert, pipe coping throughout. Bikes and boards allowed. Has a decent street section. Open daylight hours. Helmets req\'d. Not attended. parkdirections: From downtown, take Lake Street to HPR, turn West. Go to the next redlight at Katlian Street intersection, on the water side, in \'Turnaraound Park\'. Ample parking, bathroom in harbor a short walk from park, or across HPR at ballfield.   1. Head west on Biorka St toward Baranof St (79 ft)
  2. Turn right onto Baranof St (236 ft)
  3. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto S-933/Sawmill Creek Blvd (0.1 mi)
  4. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Halibut Point Rd (0.6 mi)
