The Bonneville Shoreline descent is gentler, winding down a long series of switchbacks.

The trailhead itself sits on Bountiful Boulevard, just past the Bountiful LDS Temple, with a parking lot that fits about 12 to 15 cars and restrooms on site — though it fills quickly on nice mornings and weekends, so arrive early.
