This trail is deteriorating fast!! The land "donated" to us was shallow at best. The top soil depth in this area is low, therefore, when a great deal of rain falls, the top soil just washes away!! This is not a matter of trail maintenance or riding when the trail conditions are not conducive. This is a matter of poor land!! If you are planning on riding here, plan on a ride that is fairly rough. Don't get me wrong, I am in no way trying to discourage anyone from riding here. I am just merely pointing out that suspension of some kind is highly recommended, especially if you plan on riding the technical side!! Courtesy of Singletracks.com
