The trail is easy aerobic and can be as technical as you like. The official trail is fairly short but there is plenty to explore. Follow the trial west and then cruise along the North edge here you'll find a huge expanse of slickrock to play on. Make your way out to the point and then head East back to the trail that leads to your car. You really can't go wrong out here there are plenty of ledges to drop, bowls to ride and views to soak in. Play around all you like before heading back to your car. Courtesy of Singletracks.com
Never modify trail features. Ride trails when they're dry enough that you won't leave ruts. Speak up when you see others on the trail and always yield to hikers, horses, and others coming uphill. Always ride on the established trail.
