Cross Country Ski, Hike, and Horseback
The Heritage Park includes a 4-acre dog park in which dogs can go off-leash. There are separate fenced areas for large and for small dogs, with tunnels and hills for dog agility, plus a dog sprinkle area and drinking fountain. The Heritage Trail is a 7-mile trail converted from abandoned right-of-way located in Franklin and Madison Counties in Central Ohio. The trail starts in Old Hilliard off Main Street and continues toward Plain City.

Heritage Trail Park - Metro Parks - Central Ohio Park System
The 87-acre Heritage Trail Park is adjacent to the Heritage Rail Trail, a 6.1-mile multi-purpose trail converted from an abandoned right-of-way, with a parallel bridle trail.
