Cross Country Ski, Hike, and Horseback

The Heritage Park includes a 4-acre dog park in which dogs can go off-leash. There are separate fenced areas for large and for small dogs, with tunnels and hills for dog agility, plus a dog sprinkle area and drinking fountain. The Heritage Trail is a 7-mile trail converted from abandoned right-of-way located in Franklin and Madison Counties in Central Ohio. The trail starts in Old Hilliard off Main Street and continues toward Plain City.

The 87-acre Heritage Trail Park is adjacent to the Heritage Rail Trail, a 6.1-mile multi-purpose trail converted from an abandoned right-of-way, with a parallel bridle trail.

  2. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Norwich St (384 ft)
  3. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Main St (0.2 mi)
  4. Continue onto Avery Rd (1.3 mi)
  5. Turn left onto Hayden Run Rd (1.1 mi)
  6. Turn left to stay on Hayden Run Rd
    Destination will be on the right
