Mountain Bike
Since this is the namesake for the entire trail system and the oldest trail in the area, I kind of expected a blown-out doubletrack. That is entirely NOT the case! COTA has done an amazing job of maintenance, and this trail is in absolutely excellent condition! Over the years, Phil's has gained an absolutely incredible flow that makes for a very fast, pedally descent. Courtesy of Singletracks.com
