Disc Golf
Short, fun course lining the neighborhood greenbelt and creek. Jogging path as OB on many fairways adds challenge. Elevated basket on #16. Great course for beginners and families, or for anyone wanting to work on their short game. Established as a 9-hole course in 1996 by John Houck, expanded to 18 holes in 2012, then redesigned in 2016. Wells Branch Disc Golf Club planted over 60 new trees in past 4 years and park workdays in March and Nov help keep the course beautiful. Weekly events; Sunday Doubles at 10 am, Tues 3-disc challenge at 6:30 pm (Glow Challenge during winter), and Friday Singles at 6 pm during Daylight Savings.
