Very easy and mostly flat crushed rock trail. Lots of middle of nowhere riding for the most part. Only one big hill at the northernmost end, but it will still make ya sweat a bunch. Lots of walkers and joggers on the trail too. Best to start from the MO 78 parking lot, ride north, come back and then head to the south part of the trail, as there are no places to get water or anything. I really like this trail because of it is a nice relaxing ride. Nothing difficult at all, and plenty of people riding it, but not very crowded. I see lots of kids on it with their parents, and lots of seniors riding it as well. Courtesy of Singletracks.com
