Wreck Hole is a perfect swimming hole located directly in West Town, Arizona. The accessibility of this swimming hole makes it the perfect easy escape from the heat of summer. The water here is cool even when the weather is hot. There are several interesting rock formations here, including one large rock for jumping. The water here is deep enough for jumping, but jumpers do so at their own risk and should use caution before jumping.
The river here is surrounded by forest making it the perfect natural escape in the middle of town. The rocks, river and trees create a beautiful scene for visitors to enjoy. Though this swimming hole is easily accessible, it is not often crowded, making it a great natural escape from crowds and business of every day life.
Wreck Hole is located across North Campbell Avenue from West Town Cemetery near the baseball fields. Parking is available here.
