Riverside Park is an incredibly visual park accessible right off of Main Street in West Fork, Arkansas. There is a low concrete dam here, creating an impressive rushing waterfall that is eye catching and creates a stunning contrast with the natural cliffs on the river. These cliffs have beautiful red, orange and gray tones of rocks and rise from bright blue water. These visuals create stunning views for visitors to enjoy while they explore the park and enjoy the variety of activities available here.
Riverside park is a perfect location for swimming. The dam here provides water that is deep enough to swim in safely. In addition to swimming, the river is also open for people hoping to fish or sunbath. With plenty of space for picnics and provided grill, a pavilion and a playground this is a wonderful space to enjoy the perfect summer day.
The park also includes three walking trails ranging 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile in total distance. These trails are great for runners and walkers hoping for flat trails with beautiful views.
