Swim
Red Rock is an adventurous swimming hole for swimmers seeking a thrill. Located on Brodhead Creek near Clark Falls, this pool of water is beneath cliffs and a 60 foot high railroad bridge. This swimming hole is known for its cliff jumping and crystal clear water. Though the water is 10 to 12 feet deep in this location, the clear water seems shallow adding to the adrenalin.
There are two jumping platforms 60 and 80 feet from the waters surface, as well as a rope swing that ends 25 feet above the water. This is a high thrill jumping area for those with experience only. Jumpers should do shallow jumps and try to land feet first with their knees bent. Jumping is done at your own risk, and swimmers should be careful to check water depth before jumping.
Red Rock is also the perfect location for just cooling off in the summer for those seeking a more low key swim. The water is cool and clean and their are easy access points to this deep swimming hole.
