This trail is named high point for a reason: it accesses the highest point in the trail system. The views of the top of the lake and the mountains in the background are phenomenal! Since it reaches the "High Point," expect the biggest climb in the trail system, and be prepared for the most technical trails as well. Still, compared to other popular trails in North Georgia and North Carolina, this is still pretty tame, but oh-so-fun! Courtesy of Singletracks.com
