Blue Hole is a day use picnic area in Rockingham County Virginia. This picnic area is near a river that has been a popular spot for swimming and wading over the years. Do to flooding and erosion this area has become progressively shallower and had rocks exposed. Diving is no longer allowed in this area and the swimming is becoming more difficult. This spot is great for wading and enjoying the beautiful rocks forest and picnic area.
