Mountain Bike

You will start up Spooky trail which is the only trail in the parking area. There is a trail junction on your left about 1.2-1.5 just keep going straight. At about 2.6 from TH you'll come to another signed trail junction. Go right. After this there will be some big steep climbs where you will probably have to walk. The first .3 miles brings you to the Big Hole Crest Trail junction (no sign). Go right over the cattle guard then right along the fence. There is more climbing involved followed by some downhill. You will encounter another trail junction (Drake Creek trail #238) go right not down Drake Creek. This brings you to yet another big climb. The view from top lets you see the Grand Teton and into Star Valley. Bring a camera. Head down the Rocky Peak trail (230) for an insanely fast rocky descent. There was a trail splinter part way down go left. Trail drops you out onto the highway across from your car. You can do this as a loop if you want to ride the 3 miles back up the highway with it's narrow shoulder. Courtesy of Singletracks.com

Never modify trail features. Ride trails when they're dry enough that you won't leave ruts. Speak up when you see others on the trail and always yield to hikers, horses, and others coming uphill. Always ride on the established trail.
