Take the road that goes to Hiese hot springs. Go past the springs. There is a "Y" in the road just before a real sharp left hand corner and after the campsites. At the "Y", go right. The road is a dirt road, stay on that road for a while. You will go along the river. There will be a sign to Burns Canyon. You'll turn left at the sign.

Great trail i recommend you do the black canyon to burns canyon and be ready to get wet as you have to cross about 10 creeks.
